TCS pilots unique scheme at Rajarhat to increase the base of skilled workers in the construction industry

This unique programme to upgrade skills will be carried out during the construction phase while building new TCS campuses in Kolkata, Indore and Nagpur. A pilot programme for this unique skills development initiative has already commenced at Rajarhat, where TCS is constructing a software development campus spread over 40 acres. Over the course of the construction period, as many as 2,000 workers will be trained at the purpose-built on-site Construction Skill Training Centre (CTSC).

Wipro, UN Women Partner to Strengthen Women's Role in Business
