Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI)
is an umbrella organisation of the Nepalese private sector. It was
established in 1965 with the aim of promoting business and industry
while protecting the rights and interests of business and industrial
communities, FNCCI has been playing a key role in promoting business
and industry in the country. It provides, inter alia, information,
advisory, consultative, promotional and representative services to
business and government and organises training / workshop / seminar
on a regular basis. Nepal France Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NFCCI) Nepal-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NFCCI) has been registered with His Majesty's Government on September 3, 1995. NFCCI's objective of establishing this organization has been to facilitate the existing relations between Nepalese and French business and to further promote in the development of trade, tourism and industry.
Nepal Chamber of Commerce Nepal Chamber of Commerce, established in 1952 (corresponding to Bikram Sambat 2009, is the first Chamber of Commerce in the Kingdom of Nepal. At present, it has more than 1,600 ordinary members and more than 8,000 registered firms are affiliated to it. The Chamber organized the First National Conference on Industry and Commerce in 1955. Being located in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, the Chamber has been playing an important role in the field of trade promotion and also in the formulation of commercial, industrial and fiscal policies of Government of Nepal. Nepal Chamber Of Commerce Chamber Bhawan, Kantipath Nepal India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) Nepal India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) is a non-governmental organization with the legal status of a non-profit making and autonomous entity. It was formed with ad-hoc Committee in 1993 and registered with District Administration office, Kathmandu on August 29, 1994 (13 Bhadra 2051). Since the Chamber is a bi-national organization of Nepalese businessmen and industrialists having business relations with India and Indian business community doing business with Nepal, the primary aim of NICCI is to promote Joint Venture Investment and economic relations between Nepal and India through the good bilateral relations and co-operation subsisting between the two countries. NICCI also helps Indian companies to find partners for trade and manufacture in Nepal. It is a forum to discuss and resolve problems and issues faced by the member organizations, and it also represents them to appropriate authorities to work on industry-related issues. Presently, it has 167 members from leading Nepalese and Indian companies and Indian Joint Venture companies. It is the only body established in Nepal for the mutual benefit of India and Nepal in terms of trade and commerce. Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce & Industry ( NICCI ) NEPAL GERMAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY Nepal-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NGCCI) is a non-governmental organization with the legal status of a non-profit making and autonomous entity. NGCCI was registered at District Administration office, Kathmandu on 22 Ashwin, 2047 (October 8, 1990). The Chamber is a bi-national organization of Nepalese businessmen and industrialists having business relations with Germany and German business community doing business with Nepal. The chamber has been involve in providing information consultation promotional and representatives services to business and government sector and is organising seminars ,workshops etc in this direction to increase trade relation between the two countries and to provide better understanding and first hand knowledge about the market in U.K potential export items to U.K and potential joint venture investment in Nepal. To provide effective services to its members and others alike the chamber is having its secretariat supported by a full time personnel. This chambers office is shifted from the premises of the British Embassy in Nepal to Laxmi Complex, Khetan Group,Hattisar and shall be accessed to the British information highway, will provide all facilities like access to library, reference material database, computer unit meeting room. History NBCCI was established in 1995 in form of an association of Nepalese Industries and businessmen having industrial or economical dealing with the U.K.in order to help in the development and expansion of the industrial and commercial sector of Nepal and promote joint venture investments and economic relations between Nepal and the U.K. through good bi-laterial relations and cooperation existing between the two countries.
