Identity (To start on 4 July)

Brief information about sponsor
Sanjay Moreshwar Bapat who is the cofounder of CSRidentity.com is happy to support this key issue.

While parents introduce every citizen in this world, if one goes to school & college, teachers invest more day time with young minds if both the parents are working. (These teachers can be related school / college or in early years of life, they can be creche teachers or care takers).

Teacher therefore is a big influencer for humans.

In youth, the teachers can be religious leaders or celebrities of any form or any one and they are the big influencer.

But parents and teachers are sort of moulds for humans.

Sanjay Moreshwar Bapat is happy to share that one of his parent, Kumud who is his mother, was also a teacher in Montessory that she had started and equally important is the fact that she gave him value education, which is key.

A teacher (also called a school teacher or, in some contexts, an educator) is a person who helps others to acquire knowledge, competences or values.

Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (e.g. when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family, (homeschooling) rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching (e.g. youth worker, pastor).

In most countries, formal teaching is usually carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or training.

Nearly 69 million new teachers needed to achieve global education goals, UNESCO reports

Global Teacher Shortage Threatens Education 2030
UIS data show that 33 countries still won’t have enough teachers to provide every child with a primary education by 2030 if current trends continue. The world will need to recruit 25.8 million school teachers to provide every child with a primary education by 2030, according to a new paper from the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS). This total includes the creation of 3.2 million new posts and the replacement of 22.6 million teachers expected to leave the profession. Today, an extra 2.7 million teachers are needed to reach the 59 million children excluded from education and accommodate them in classrooms with not more than 40 pupils per teacher, according to UIS data.

Teachers As Role Models
A role model is a person who inspires and encourages us to strive for greatness, live to our fullest potential and see the best in ourselves. A role model is someone we admire and someone we aspire to be like. We learn through them, through their commitment to excellence and through their ability to make us realize our own personal growth. We look to them for advice and guidance. A role model can be anybody: a parent, a sibling, a friend but some of our most influential and life-changing role models are teachers.

We plan to do einterviews with MBBS doctors to understand 4 things
1) Tests or questions you ask in first few meetings
2) What it means in medical terms
3) What it means in non medical terms
4) What should the patient or care takers do

We might interview Aurvedic doctors, homeopathic doctors, Yoga teachers on this health issue

Do we charge any fees for sharing names ?
We share teacher names of our founder, his wife and two sons free because they have directly or indirectly invested lot of time to make CSRidentity.com a global site.
Though our founder did his engineering, MBA (MMS that time) & studied law for one year, he hardly attended college because he thought that educationwise teachers have far greater knowledge but in colleges the focus of teachers and students was getting higher marks or rank and this was different from his concept of Value education (infact he used to play carrom & cricket and study in library for hours while doing his MBA (MMS) and remembers Mrs Gunjikar (Gunjikar Madam is what everyone used to call her - Yes even though whe was like a mother) who was the Library chief but he doesnt remember the names of all the teachers)
But when his son Aum got admission for medical science, Dr Vikas Mhaskar told our founder's son that he must attend every lecture not because of attendance sheet but because teachers have far better knowledge than the students. (Yes, even the brightese student)

Actually, our founder wanted his son to enlarge CSRidentity.com but he thought that it is the WILL of Aum to study medical science, and our founder respects everyone's will, so he was happy to see his child entering his field of interest (Infact his son does good paintings, so it was ok if he wanted to becaome a painter).

So reality is : Sanjay Moreshwar Bapat knows that he just started CSRidentity.com and statistically he is just one individual and portal is indirectly governed for 7.5 billion citizens of the world, all living beings and non living things, so his son or wife or team members must be treated as individudals of 7.5 billion citizens of the world.

Sanjay treats teachers in Rohan's school MBA Foundation as parents beyond house ... and want each hostel in the world of differently abled to be larning from MBA Foundation.

If you want to share your teachers name, then do we charge anything ?
If you want to share your parents name, then please dont pay any fees to us. But its not free.
In India, we will share your teachers name & in bracket share your name if you donate Rs 1000/- to our NGO, Developed Nation Network Trust per teacher. (It is too large a sum if one wants to share more than one teacher but we want to be selective and share your favourite teacher or teacher you never liked (of course we will not mention that you never liked, like Sanjay never liked some teachers but in this new life he has started respecting all individuals and teachers are far higher in that rank, see again rank comes)

The entire donation will be used for development of 5 locations which we want to make as Global Development cases plus funds are used for development of Thane district.
In countries other than India, you can donate to our NGO, Developed Nation Network Trust, which has FCRA (which means it can accept donations from other countries) and the amount od donation will be shared by 28.5.2018 because we have to pay bank charges for money received from country other than India.
We will soon increase this number 5 to 28 by 28.3.2019 (only if the response is good)
