the person can not talk or
give her / his views in writing because she / he cant write
maybe because of discability or age or
not literate to write or

we dont understand the language (including many Indian languages) and the interview is taken by the volunteer

4) your genuine complaints about the philanthropy of a company, NGO/NPO, celebrity, media .... we do not want & therefore we do not share the complaints about the products of corporates or complaints about a particular corporate because we know like every individual or institution, no body is 100% right and we think that we must give a fair chance to an individual or a corporate / NGO / government / Media ... to improve.

If you have any complaints against any corporate, NGO/NPO, activist, individual, celebrity, doctor, hospital .... you do it directly in relevant court of consumer forum in your region and not through with us because we want development all the time.
