We started our first social
enterprise in Thane in 1999 and in the
same year, increased our canvas to India.
So we will approach doctors
& hospitals in Thane to share success
story of each health issue. Because of
privacy, patient name may not be shared
by the hospital and we respect that.
Dont misunderstand
Founder Sanjay
Kumud Moreshwar Bapat wanted his younger
son Aum to work in his social enterprise,
so he took him to Austria when he was
in 9th Standard to meet Nobel Laureate
Mr Mohammad Yunus or to South Korea when
he was in 8th standard to see situation
there. But when he was in 10th standard,
he made it clear that he wanted to be
a doctor or not work in social enterprise
promoting social issues, countries, products,
knowledge ..
Practical way

Founder said there are millions of good
doctors in the world, so you will be one
of them, but our site is unique. But he
was clear and founder agreed.

health is no way connected to his medical
profession because we are promoting various
other doctors & hospitals and not
him. When he starts practice, and if he
is mentioned as good caring doctor then
we can promote him in 2030 or after that.
But again, he will be just one of thousands
of doctors in Thane. We consider world
as family, so one in million doctors.

never had Health issues because we were
covering them under Health issues.
But two things changed
us.
Founder had an almost
fatal accident on 28.08.2013 where the
doctor was not sure whether founder will
survive or if at all survive, whether
he will come back to work in regularly.
So founder realised how health is important
and each body part is important.
Second is the fact that
founder's elder son Rohan, has mental
disability. He cant eat, bath, toilet
on his own and needs support. After the
accident, founder realised how dangerous
health issues can be to humans.
So separate health issues.
Similarly, climate was
one issue but the more we study the world,
we realised that climate change has already
reached dangerous levels, so we added
tree plantation, clean country, clean
rivers, sanitation, waste management.
And instead of just disability,
gave each part of it a clear focus. Like
mentally disabled, autism, physically
disabled, blind, deaf, Deaf & Dumb,
Dyslexia .. But we know Mental Health
is different than Mental Disability, so
these are different social issues.
Again, instead of just
income generation, we now have added jobs
for disabled, locals, poor and women separately.
Under Racial Equity, we
share not just traditional thinking of
the people with colour or nationality
but scheduled castes or dalits ..
Similarly, under whicld
health we share IMR, MMR because there
is emotional bond between mother &
child, and we cant change that.
We never had civic issues
because they are local but thought locals
integrated make global, so no way we can
not take local issues. So civic issues
are added and it gives importance to volunteers.
